CALL FOR NOMINATION: POSITIONS OF CHAIRMAN AND COUNCIL MEMBERS

Dear Member,

In accordance with The Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya Act Cap 534, the following four (4) vacancies will arise in the Council with effect from the date of the next Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday May 13, 2022.
  

  1. CS Diana Sawe Tanui having served one-year term as the Chairman is retiring and being eligible for re-election, offers herself for election for a final one year term.

  2. CS Kathryne Maundu is retiring by rotation and being eligible for re-election, offers herself for election for a final three-year term.

  3. FCS Joshua Willy Wambua, MBS is retiring by rotation and being eligible for re-election, offers himself for election for a final three-year term.

  4. CS Malachi Adedeh is retiring by rotation and being eligible for re-election, offers himself for election for a final three-year term.

 
Members of the Institute in good standing and who are interested in contesting any of the above positions are invited to submit their nominations on the Candidates Profile Form and either the Nomination Form – Chairman or Nomination Form – Council Member.
 
Please note that the nomination documents should be typed, signed and returned via email elections@ics.ke on or before April 13, 2022 at 11.00 am. Hard copy documents will not be accepted.
