Elections of the Chairman and Council Members During the 27th ICS Annual General Meeting

On April 3, 2018, members of the Institute in good standing and who were interested in contesting for one position of the Chairman and one position of a Council member were invited to express their interest by filling and submitting their nominations on the approved ‘Nomination Form’ and ‘Candidates Profile Form.’

The Electronic voting was conducted between April 27, 2018 and May 9, 2018 under the guidance of the Elections Committee. The Committee confirmed the final vote tally in a meeting at the Institute’s offices on May 9, 2018, starting 11:00am where candidates and their agents were invited. Total eligible voters were 1083 out of whom 209 members voted representing a 19.2% voter turnout.

The results were tallied as follows:
