REVIEW OF THE INSOLVENCY ACT 2015 & INSOLVENCY REGULATIONS 2016
The Institute has received a letter from the Office of the Attorney General and Department of Justice informing us that the Official Receiver has been in the process of making amendments to the Insolvency Act 2015 and the Insolvency Regulations 2016. Comments and views from various stakeholders have already been incorporated.
The AGs office will have a stakeholders consultation and sensitization meeting to discuss the amendments.
This is therefore to invite you to give any comments you may have on the amendments of the Insolvency Act and Regulations to enable the AGs office consider and incorporate the same.
