Dear Member,
Pursuant to Clause 10 (b) (i) (b) of the ICPSK Benevolent Fund Trust Deed, one trustee position will fall vacant effective the next AGM scheduled for Friday May 13, 2022.
CS Dr. Peter Kitonyo is retiring by rotation and being eligible for re-election, offers himself for election for a final three-year term.
Members of the Benevolent Fund and the Institute in good standing and who are interested in contesting for the above position are invited to submit their nominations on the ‘Candidates Profile Form’ and the ‘Nomination Form‘.
Please note that the nomination documents should be typed, signed and returned via email elections@ics.ke on or before April 13, 2022 at 11.00 am. Hard copy documents will not be accepted.
